one needs to be a little specific on what exactly you are asking

is the light on or off first of all as your description is a little confusing - if its on you have to have it put on a scope to find out the problem and then do the repair

First check the plugs. Pull the #6 plug and look at the electrode. If it's wet and/or dark (black) it's probably not firing correctly. What is the spark plug gap? Is the center electrode eroded (not flat on the end)? Swap in another plug and see if it makes any difference. How old are the plugs? Second, check the wires. Did you replace the wire(s) when you changed the coil pack? They should be replaced periodically (I replace the wires on my '96 4Runner at about 100k miles). Check the wires with an ohmeter. Resistance should be around 16-17.5k ohms (depends on length). FYI, each coil pack on your vehicle fires two spark plugs. The #6 spark plug is fired by the #3 cylinder coil pack, so if the coil pack were bad, most likely both the #3 and the #6 plugs would not fire.

They are on different circuits. Do the parking lights work in front ?

Two different circuits. You have an in-line fuse that's COOKED. Good luck finding it, but they are usually either close to the lights. If it's a combo fuse, it w/b a pain finding. Go to your area Library and check out the Chilton's Guide for your Car.... it should have a wiring diagram and that will help you out.

You always start any testing at the battery Were the coils tested & fail a test? You did a Parasitic Current DrainTest -for the battery drain issue?

Most any auto parts store that sells batteries has the machine to tell you which one it is.

The front O2 sensor which is actually an air/fuel ratio sensor is in the exhaust pipe just in front of the catalityc converter, the #2 sensor is in the pipe behind the converter, this for both 4 cylinder and V-6 engines.

The EGR (Evaporative Gas Recirculation) system has several components. The most likely one to cause an error is the EGR Position Sensor, located at the throttle body. If the EGR Sensor has become disconnected, has failed, or is sensing that the EGR valve has become stuck, it will generate an error. Check the EGR valve to be sure it isn't stuck, and check the EGR Position Sensor to be sure it is operating properly. Also, in some cases, if the Canister Purge Valve has failed, it will generate an error. The Canister Purge Valve is usually located at one of the front fenders near the Carbon Canister.

If you don't have the clicker you will probably have to disconnect the alarm.

Be sure there is not an inline fuse to the radio/clock and check the wiring and plugs
