Why does the signal and brake lights work but not the tail lights?
Two different circuits. You have an in-line fuse that's COOKED. Good luck finding it, but they are usually either close to the lights. If it's a combo fuse, it w/b a pain finding. Go to your area Library and check out the Chilton's Guide for your Car.... it should have a wiring diagram and that will help you out.
Where are oxygen sensors in 2001 Toyoto 4 runner

HOW TO FIX THIS CODE p0446 code
The EGR (Evaporative Gas Recirculation) system has several components. The most likely one to cause an error is the EGR Position Sensor, located at the throttle body. If the EGR Sensor has become disconnected, has failed, or is sensing that the EGR valve has become stuck, it will generate an error. Check the EGR valve to be sure it isn't stuck, and check the EGR Position Sensor to be sure it is operating properly.
Also, in some cases, if the Canister Purge Valve has failed, it will generate an error. The Canister Purge Valve is usually located at one of the front fenders near the Carbon Canister.
