Drain oil and install correct amount, sounds like a lifter noise clicking sound not to loud just a steaddy tick, when you rev up gits faster right.....

Check all the turn signal bulbs. Check their sockets for corrosion. Look for damaged wires going to the sockets. Make sure you have the correct bulbs.

Where did you get new antenna? If no instructions talk to the Autoparts store where you bought it. There should be instructions with the antenna. What happened to old antenna? A motorized antenna? If motorized, antenna has a white nylon gear tooth at back end. If it's not motorized it may not match. The bezel usually screws into the motorized device underneath the body work.
