I have a peugeot 307 cc when switching car on all lights come on and then disappears only the engine light stays on car not starting
A few thoughts:
The battery is bad.
The alternator or voltage regulator is bad so the battery is low on voltage.
A switch that closes (activates) when the car is in neutral or Park is bad.
The car isn't in Neutral/Park or the clutch isn't depressed.
The starter is seized, or the starter solenoid is bad.
It is common for the lights to be disabled when you turn the key to the Start position so there's no extra load on the battery during starting.
If there's a clicking sound from the solenoid when you attempt to start the car, the battery is too low to turn the engine over.

Hi,
Problem with heat resister. Can anyone give me a location before I dismantle half the interior.
Cheers
Sorry can't give you the exact location - just wanted to mention the resistor gets hot in use and in order to keep it cool enough to prevent melted plastic and possibly fire it is sited in the heater air intake, often before the fan.
Peugeot have possibly been the only manufacturer to use a solid state motor speed control instead of the resistor so don't be surprised if the resistor when you find it, is a large power transistor...
Several of the Peugeot cars I have dealt with have the fan motor and speed control resistor/unit behind the dashboard above the passenger footwell and is easily accessible after removing some air trunking. I can't comment about whether that is where it is found in your vehicle.
Final thought; over many years I have found the fan motor to invariably be the heater trouble with Peugeots and have never needed to replace the speed control resistor or whatever. Due to the dust and dirt they gather the motor bearings become tight and semi-seized so the motor turns slowly at low speed settings or not at all...
Hope this helps.
