2006 Scion TC. Someone stole a set of keys to my car. Is there a way to reprogram the key that I still have so that they don't steal my car.

Question edited for clarity. Question moved to model category. Yes, a local Auto Locksmith can reprogram it. He can also make you a new key cut from the old one and programmed together with your existing key. Never ever let yourself get down to having just one key, because when that one is lost or stolen it becomes a VERY expensive fix to buy a new lock cylinder and get keys programmed. We see it here at least 3 times a week. https://www.google.com/search?q=auto+locksmith+near+me ..

2006 Scion TC only turns on when reader is connected.

you can't always tell by gauging the battery.. it sounds to me like you need to charge that battery... notice i said charge not jump because you can cause computer problems by jumping newer vehicles.. just hook the charger cables up according to your vehicle manual and just let it charge a while before trying to start it. that's the direction i would go . if you are not comfortable with doing this yourself call AAA auto service (it's a cheap service and nice to have) AND if you have a friend who has it, they can usually get it done free so long as they are physically with the car when the guys show up ..

2006 toyota scion keeps overheating already had it checked but mechanic just keeps guessing on what the problem can be. Thermostat is ok and cooling fan works.

The age of the vehicle warrants replacing the water pump.

Hello I have a 2006 scion tc I was driving down the street and it died and now it won't start I turnd the key on all the lights come on but it won't do anything

your anti theft device is activated, you need to lock and unlock your doors a couple times with the key fob,not the key,and then you need to put the key in the ignition and start it,if you dont have your key fob, call your car dealer to get a new one, they are programmed for each car only, you cannot bypass it.

I have a 2006 Scion TC that the right axle bearing

even when you buy from napa ,auto zone - checkers- all parts are manufactured from same place, I replaced the front wheel bearings in my 07 tc and with in a month they went bad had to replace them again, used a better bearing than what was the manufacture specs, so it could be bad workmanship or bad products, no every part is made to last .
