may i suggest you check the front driveshafts cv joints you may have a torn or dislodged rubber cv joint boot this would give slight whirr you hear and the smell of oil is probably the leaking lube fro boot sprayed on hot brake disc ?

check fluid level

if the fuse is fine then get a voltmeter and test the voltage reading to the wiper's electric motor.If you get a reading then check the motor itself as it may be faulty.

have brakes checked.

either radiator cap or overfill tank next to readiator

fuel pump cutoff circuit breakers[crash switches] are usually located behind the fabric lining in the trunk,or behind a trim panel,on or above the inner rear wheel well.

well no they cant be turned of but u can have normal sensor's put in but will syil show on dash as tyres are low best fing is just 2 ignore it or replace it p.s sure the sensor's dnt just need repragraming as i found this was normally the case

Hi there the first thing to do is to check the Power steering oil in the power steering Tank and you should find it empty and a leak in either the pump or the hose so fill it up ,,start it up and turn the steering wheel and you should find a leak.
Other wise if you have a belt drive P.S.Pump then it could be slipping or missing.

Have another look at the fuse-box. You must have disturbed something, probably in that area.
When you press the switch to open the window, a feed goes to the motor, and also to a timer, which holds the feed to the motor long enough for the window to open fully.
The timer will probably be located somewhere near the fuse box, looks like a small box, similar to a relay, about 30mm x 30mm. Make sure its plugged in fully

id check the reverse light light switch, if this is faulty this can cause that mesaage to come up

The track guide that operates the window from the motor is damaged or has jumped track. Remove the inner door panel and operate the window and see which has happened. If it has jumped track check for missing or damaged guide retainers if it is damaged or broken replace it. Normally runs about $15 to $20 for the part. Now if the drive guide is not damaged and it is still not working the gear that drives it is damaged and you will need to replace the motor as this is pressed on and not user replaceable. Good Luck

that buzzing noise you hear is likely one or more of the relays chattering. basically you will have to replace all the ones that got wet inside. locate the fuse panel under the dash and the one in the engine compartment. put your finger on each one to located the one that is stuck. replace that one first. incidentally you can use wd-40 (penatrating oil) to get rid of the moisture as it doesn't conduct electricity.

Between the radiator and the engine block. Or on either side of the engine block. Looks like a can.

try checking your engine if it is getting soark to the plugs or if it is a fuel problem by checking the fuel pump and filter and fuel pressure
