If spraying inside the throttle body helps it sounds like a fuel issue. ECM/PCM , ignition module, cam or crank sensors can cause this according to system setup . Does it have spark at all during the no start episodes .

I think you have a failing fuel pump, the fuel pressure check valve (part of the pump) is defective is my guess

the engine has a timing chain so the noise will be loose chain slapping around time to replace the chain

I would take it in to a shop and have a free brake inspection done. They will give you a list of things wrong , and you can go from there.

check vaccum leaks around top of engine . check senser plug for air intake. it sounds like something is unpluged

need to check system for leaks if their was no coolant or oil they went somewhere --look for where smoke was seen and or bring into a mechanic and have the system checked

Might have a bad ignition switch / tumbler which may need to be replaced or repaired.
