Its a Hyundai, I'm pretty sure 45 is top speed.

Had same issues with a renault, the side of dash fuse panel had water ingress , causing shorts, may be something to look at

Put key in ignition, turn all the way forward, but not trying to start. Let alarm cycle 2 times, when it stops the 2nd time, remove key and alarm should be disarmed. This will only work if it is a factory alarm.

replace the purge valve it self or the purge valve solenoid

try using a quality fuel injector cleaner as the problem may be bad injector operation if the engine was washed at the inspection , could be water in harness connection or shorting out electronic components have the fault codes read to check for problem sensors before you panic and waste money

your describing a throttle positioning sensor problem. It could be as simple as a vacuum leak too. clear the codes & see what returns.

I'm a qualified Hyundai tech but sounds like a cam sensor/ crank sensor issue. Is the check engine light on?

change the auto fluid and the filter and flush it prob a jammed up hydrolics inside the auto box

Yeah it does,,,, check your vehicle with a diagnostic scan tool off ebay...this will allow you to check and reset your sensors

Sounds like mass air flow sensor or ur air cleaner is loose or leaking. The big problem with this car was bad pin tension in the connectors.

It needs more what. If u say air. Then make sure air cleaner and hoses are tight to throttle body. Make sure sensor and hoses have no leaks. Then try changing sensor. For location look on Internet. If changing sensor does not work. Check pin tension on plug to sensor. They had lots of wiring issues. Mostly due to loose connectors. May need to bend connector terminals to help connection. But becarefull not to distort there shape. May need qualified person. May need to take to shop

Do all lights turn on, etc? If there is no electrical problems anywhere else, either the window motor power connections were disconnected or the fuse was blown at some point working on the engine. My bet is simply the window motor fuse is blown, especially if all window motors don't work.

power TO the alt. is probably not there . turn on the key ( don't start ) check the terminals on the plug at the alt. there should be power on at least one terminal if not , you have found the problem

I suspect that by jumping the dead battery, you inadvertently burned out a fusible link (not a mini-fuse) located on the under-hood fuse panel. If it blows, you'll still have battery voltage, but no power will be seen anywhere else. Change the fusible link, and you should be able to close the sunroof :-)
