Most likely one of the transmission cooling lines which go from the transmission to the side of one or the radiator expansion tanks has rusted through. It is making that noise because you are driving it with no transmission fluid in it. If you continue to drive it you will break the trasmission.

I have a 2006 H3 and the battery keeps dyeing when I lock the doors. Has a new battery in it and have had this problem off and on since I bought it, but now it does it all the time. Any one else have this problem ?

code po302 is a misfire on cylinder #2 there are several things that can cause this, from a loose wire, to a cracked engine block. First I would check the spark plug leads, and the plug itself,and go from there.
