Oil lamp continuously on despite oil change

When the oil lamp lights - it means there's no oil pressure. This can be even with dipstick oil level at the maximum mark. No oil pressure can be caused by a broken oil pump or the oil pump suction pipe clogged up or loose in the oil sump.

Also the oil pressure sensor can be broken - Check it from the sensor, connector and the cable onwards.

In any case get this issue fixed before driving too far.

The car has spark fuel is coming but the injectors

You may not have enough fuel pressure. The pump can still work and be weak. I am not sure what your pressure is suposed to be but most are 40 to 60 pounds.

How do i drain the transmission fluid on a 2001

Transmission fluid is drained by removing the bottom pan off the transmission. There is no drain plug. If unobstructed by a crossmember, support or the exhaust, you can do this your self. Obtain a filter and gasket set, 1 can of brake cleaner, and 1 gallon of recommended transmission fluid from local parts store. Remove negative battery cable. Raise and support front of vehicle using jack stands or ramps. Set parking brake.

Loosen bolts 3/4 way around pan and put a catch pan beneath trans. pan. Slowly loosen remaining bolts until fluid begins to drain from 1 corner, loosen as it drains until you can remove pan. (its messy no matter how careful you are) Clean pan out well using brake cleaner. Clean outer rim/gasket surface of pan and mating surface of transmission thouroughly as to leave no evidence of old gasket or sealant down to shiny metal. You can use a bit of fine sandpaper or steel wool to help. Do not oversand. Clean all surfaces completely finishing with a wipe off using brake cleaner, make sure pan and trans. mating surfaces are dry and free of fluid. Install new filter in transmission, then gasket and pan as advised by instructions in filter/gasket kit. Re-fill transmission fluid through dipstick hole marked TRANS or TRANS FLUID in engine compartment using a funnel in dipstick tube. Put in about 2 quarts, then start engine in park on level surface. Put in SMALL amounts of fluid , re-checking level continuously until proper level is reached. Drive car 10-20 miles and re-check fluid level again, add accordingly. DO NOT overfill transmission, as seal damage will result. If you overfill, drain small amount off by loosening pan bolts slightly and jacking up one side of vehicle to make gravity force some out. Let us know how you do :)

Defroster does not work 2001 daewoo lanos

On this year vehicle the flapper should be vacuum controlled. You may want to look at the vacuum lines going to and from the vacuum canister in the engine compartment. If it will change from floor to dash but not defrost then you may have a failed vacuum line or diaphragm in the dash from the selector.

It won't turn on i

Milky oil suggests water in the oil, which makes one wary of a bad head gasket.
Check the oil, and change it if there is any water in it.
See if the engine turns over by hand?
Pull the spark plugs and see if they are wet or if that helps allow the engine to turn over.
You could also do a cooling system pressure test if you think there may be a problem.

As far as the starter goes, you need a voltmeter. You can get one for $3 at Harbor Freight.
If the 12 volt battery does not drop to 10 when you try to start, then there is a circuit blockage. It could be dirty battery terminals, bad ignition switch, loose wire at solenoid, etc.
If it drops below 9, there is too much draw. Either the starter is bad, the engine seized, or the battery is bad. I the voltage comes back up to 12 when you stop trying, then it is not a bad battery.

Daewoo Lanus 5 door hatchback

Use an ultar-violet torch to find the leak. The fluid reacts to the light and glows to identify the leak. Check hoses, pipes , valves, compressor, reciever and matrix for signs of leak. The garage that cherges your aircon for you should be able to do this for you quite easily.

Engine turn over but don't

Hello and welcome to FixYa!
As a first course of action I strongly suggest that you replace the distributor coil. If the coil is faulty it tends not to give current to the plugs. Once replaced, you'll be good.
Hope this helps and thank you for using FixYa! Have a good one!

I have a daewoo lanos

if there is a computer chip in the original key you will only be able to get a new one from the dealer, if the new key you have turns over the engine ,but it won't start then you need a dealer key. Only try to start the car with the new key once though if you try it too many times the car will shut down and the dealer will have to reset your computer for you to be able to drive the car.
