Radio lift gate and blower not working
Concerning the blower in your navigator. I had a similar problem when I first got mine. The battery in the truck recently got changed and there is a series of vaccum hoses in that General vicinity. One I plugged the vacuum hose back in the blower motor blew out the vents. But to ensure this is it I would check to see if air is coming through the windshield defogger first. If no there may be a different issue, if yes that's most likely your issue. In regards to the tailgate you could have a faulty switch, or a short. Lincolns are notorious for electrical issues. The wiring harness has a tendency to get water near it on the older models. Your wiring harness should be near the kick panel on the passenger side. Check your grounds.

How to Clean Auto Leather
I use Griot's Garage leather care products and have been very pleased with the results. Thy have a leather care spray that will clean light dirt, but very dirty leather may require an interior cleaner that is PH blanced so it does not dry the leather out. Then after the leather is clean, allow it to warm in the sun and apply leather care, leather 3 in 1 or leather rejuvenator, all excellent products, that will sink into the leather and keep it supple and prevent cracking. I would not use shoe cleaner as that leather is dyed differently and may be too harsh for fine leather as is used on vehicle seats. Also keep in mind that in most vehicles, only the leather "seating surfaces" are actually leather, the rest is matching vinyl so be sure to test anything you use on a non-visible spot first.
As for repairs, there are kits available to repair holes and rips. Many are simple and require a small patch behind the leather and the placing of a color matched "goo" on top of the patch and pressing of a grained paper over the goo to resemble the leather graining, so it looks similar when dried.
Best of luck.
How do i fix a frozen air suspension on a 2004 lincoln navigator
Frozen? If it's sagging and won't pump up your air springs are probably leaking which can lead to air pump/compressor failure and or blown fuse. If that's the case, you'll need to replace the springs. You can also get a conventional coil spring kit from most part stores.

Your bulb could be bad. With gloves or a plastic bag covering your fingers, remove and switch bulbs to see if problem moves and follows the bulb. If problem is still on Drivers side, I believe these high energy systems used 2 headlight relays, one for each side. Could be you changed the wrong relay(you did not say if you replaced a bulb or relay).
What does charging system light mean?
Some thing wrong with charging system. Need to check under hood. Could be belt, alternator, or battery issue. Require a voltmeter, should be somewhere in the area of 13.8 - 14.5 volts when engine running
