OK, 1st of all the oil change has nothing to do with vibrations or low roar noise. So not to worry about that. However I suspect that you have an exhaust system issue. Check to see if there is a leak. Also check to see if the car lift did any damage to you exhaust system when oil changed. This might well be the case...damaged when on lift to change oil... No you don't need to pull transmission, you drop the pan off the transmission and the shift solenoids are attached to the valve body. Measure the fluid you take out and put back in the same amount, DONOT OVERFILL THE TRANSMISSION, IT CAN DESTROY IT. Check the fluid level hot.

How did you check this? You have verified you have at least 45 pounds of fuel pressure key held in cranking position?

heres a good read on PCV valves. if you have replaced all of that i would check your compression in those cylinders. bad compression can create this code also. Undo the top and bottom radiato hoses.r ,remove the trans cooling pipes,remove the support bolts and electric fans if fitted,it should then lift out.

A/C head control unit may be the problem.

The rack has outer seals, one on each side. Its possible that one of these seals has failed. OR, If not, hopefully the technician who replaced the pump might not have properly tightened one of the hoses going to the rack, or he didn't use a good o-ring on it. Not easily, You have to remove the entire dash to access the airbox which is where the evaporator core lives.

Replace the brake hose. Could be a proportioning valve also(close to the brake master cylinder). I replace all the hose. One is bad the rest are close behind.

Any time the car is running with the air on both radiator cooling fans should be running. Easy to check,just take a look. If the fans are running check for blockage in front of the radiator. plastic bags and or paper sometimes get drawn in from the road.
