Friend, your only problem is a radiator cap that holds too much pressure and when hot enough will blow some coolant out. You'll never see it because it just dissipates from being hot. Swap out your radiator cap for a lower pressure one. I had to do this myself and the problem stopped.

Don't know why someone did not suggest a horn relay. You can find wiring diagrams and fuse box layouts on the Web. Autozone has both free help and pay help on their site. Think Rock Auto shows relay for $5 or so. Put in search term for Web your car and wiring diagram.
You may find that this is a common problem and videos are available.
I put new HID headlight conversion kit in my 97 mark viii.y does my information center still read check headlamps?
computer is programed to monitor headlight circuit for a specific voltage , if that voltage is not being supplied , either over drawing or under drawing the information center message gets triggered. It thinks the bulb is burned out or something is wrong. Apparently the HID's are drawing more juice than the computer is used to seeing ,and it is triggering the message. The manufacturer of the hid kit should have warned you that this can happen,in it's description before you bought the kit.

there is a ride hieght sensor on rear lower control arms creck for damage and connection.over load rear suspention,4/5 people on back bumper with key on see if pumps up.also check fuses.try jumping compress to test compressor.worst case replace struts and use coil springs,eliminating air ride issues.
1997 mark vIII rough idle and lack of engine power
Need a lot more info, is it when it's cold only or all the time? All the time Crankshaft position sensor, only Cold, Coolant Temperature Sensor and Ambient Air Sensor. Pic is the CTS. It could also have a bad EGR Vacuum sensor but not that common from my experience.
At No Cost you can try unplugging the MASS Airflow Sensor and drive it to see if it drives better, you will get a check engine light in which you disconnect the NEG Battery cable for 15 minutes and it goes out.
