If you tested the pump with another equal voltage source then the pump is bad and needs replacement

normally the low pressure switch on the ac system will work when there is sufficient gas replace in the system.

Sounds like a faulty fuel pressure regulator, faulty fuel pump relay, or a bad check valve on the pump it's self, I would start with the fuel pump relay, it is located inside the right rear fender area inside the trunk

Should be on the top of the engine block by the throttle body housing. It sits vertically with a single wire connection. Not that easy to get to with a full length spanner.

leave key on number 1 and after 1 hour not before reenter code and will work.

look on both front fenders just below shocks under hood and you will see the wires on each side for each sensor.

top bolt is recessed in and the bolt is a torqes outside,7/16,need a long exstension with that size socket.
