What antifreez tiburon 2000 need cuz i change but

Once you have located the overflow tank check to see if it has any antifreeze in it. You will be able to see it without taking the lid off and It is IMPORTANT to understand that if your engine has not been running for a while that the coolant level should be at the "COLD" level and if you are looking at it while the engine is warm or you drove the vehicle shortly before checking, it should then be at the "HOT" level.

Most likely, if there is fluid in the tank, you do not need to add any. Once you determine that you need to add more antifreeze, simply add it to the overflow tank. You do not need to add it directly into the radiator. NEVER REMOVE THE RADIATOR CAP WHEN ENGINE IS WARM, YOU MAY INJURE YOURSELF! When adding antifreeze, it is very important that you use the correct antifreeze! There are brands out there that you can use for all makes and models. Those should only be used when you are adding or "topping off" the antifreeze.

Please note that you can damage your engine if the wrong coolant is used! So I strongly suggest that you go to your local auto parts store and they will make sure that you get the correct antifreeze. You can also find this information in your owners manual. Make sure that you use the correct mixture, .The 50-50 pre-mixed antifreeze comes with water already in it so you don't have to add water. Good Luck.!

WHERE IS THE FUEL FILTER LOCATED ON A 2004 HYUNDAI

Usually plugged fuel filters and/or bad pumps cause loss of power at the high end (full throttle) when you are sucking down the fuel not so much at the low end.

Rough idles can be a lot of things, usually something to do with the fuel mixture or timings. Dirty injectors, distributor problems, streatched out timing chain/belts... those are a few common rough idle issues.

Has the fuel economy gone down? Does it still have good acceleration?

Peace,

I just did a tune up on my 2004 hyundai tiburon gt

sounds like, as you thought, something is not quite back together right or your timing is way off... 2004... I assume that it is not a vaccum advance distibutor, but you might check to see if you loosened up any vaccuum connectors while working on it.

Peace,

2004 Hyunday Tiburon GT...This is driving me

HI. This is a known issue with this model and other Hyundai brands as well. The issue at hand will be a faulty ignition coil circuit. This can exist within one, or all of the coils. This could also be isolate within a single coil, or coil wire connection. The necessary action will be to have the ignition coils tested. Make sure to check for proper current at the coil pack, if equipped. When a fault of this nature is present, you will experience loss of power, and erratic idle, as well. The CPU will issue the p0340 dtc, as well.

Additionally, There is another issue that may cause the cpu to issue the p0340 dtc. This will be the timing belt. A worn timing bet will cause erratic idle, and improper valve movement. This will cause the p0340 dtc, also. If you are unaware of the age of your timing belt, i would have it inspected, asap.

Put the battery in backwards.

Check all of the fuses & relays in BOTH fuse boxes. There's one fuse box under the hood, just 'north' of the battery. There's a second fuse box under the dash.

Hyundai tiburon 04 battery in backwards

Hello lellio.
When this happens it really is hard to say for sure what may have been damaged.
A good place to begin is at your fuse panels and look for any burned fuses. Your Tiberon has two fuse panels to check. One inside your car on the lower left side of the dash and under the hood on the left side top of inner fender.
Pay particular attention to the larger Amp fuses as these may have protected you from further damage.
I am hoping for you that that is all that is required for repairs.
Wishing you well with it.

2004 tiburon : front jacking points?

The official front jacking points are on the reinforced edge of the unit body, just behind the front wheels.

If you're using a hydraulic jack, you can jack the front of the car from the front tow hook, place your axle stands under the front jack points, then let the car down onto the axle stands.

Always use axle stands when working on your car, never trust the jack alone.

I have a hyundai coupe se (2004) and the drivers

It is broken my friend. You need to replace the whole thing. It is called the power window regulator. They are about 80 bucks at the dealership. and I would recomend a factory part for this. There is a plastic runner at the end of the track and one of the alignment tabs break off on them.

You can try re routing that cable, but in a day or two you will just be tearing it apart again.
I have had to replace both sides on my hyundai so far. It is one of the few things on hyundais that isnt well made. there are a couple nuts at the top and a couple at the bottom, and the nuts or bolts that hold the window to it, you will have to unbolt the electric motor from it once removed from the car. assembly is the reverse of removal as usual. You can find some helpful diagrams at www.hyundaitechinfo.com register for free, and have access to tech info for every hyundai ever made.

At 100,000 miles what service should be done?

If you have owned this vehicle since new and followed the service maint program, it will be fine. If you purchased the vehicle used, and dont know what needs to be done, check with the owners manual. If you dont have the manual, replace the fluids, oil-filter, coolant, transmission, and also have the brake fluid tested. 100k tune-up, with plugs and wires. fuel filter. Have the belts checked for cracks, more than 5 per inch should be replaced. Have the brakes and exhaust inspected also. It may seem like a lot of money wasted and work, but the more maint you have done, the less you generally will have on expensive repairs. Craig

My 2004 Tiburon GT will not unlock with the

you can get it to crank but you just won't be able to use the keyless function without going back to the dealer first locate the ecu fuse in the fusebox under the dash, pull it out but don't put it down. Next put your key in the ignition and start turning over the motor, now the car won't crank or push oil through the motor with the ecu deactivated so don't hold it for too long. Now as your turning the motor over, reinsert the ecu fuse. The car will fire to life...you will have essentially reflashed your ecu so people with tuned ecu's beware. Your keyless won't work but hey at least now you can drive to get it fixed...as for the naysayers, yes I tried this on my tiburon and it still works fine so don't worry...good luck
