04 santa fe no battery power to ign head lights
Check fusible links for voltage. Note the ignition switch, top two wires are voltage. Make sure battery has a full charge and battery connections all good. I haven't looked at headlamp wiring, yet.

How do you check the switch?
well actually you test for voltage at the blower motor ,? a five dollar test light (avail from any autoparts store ) will tell you if there's power coming thru switch (all three speeds?) and to motor to make it run , if light detects power at motor then motor is bad (likely too due to many times I find the ac drain plugged up and it rusts up motor )

Locate throttle body sensor on hyundai santa fe 2004 2.4L and replacing it
Well, we both know it is on the throttle body. follow the air filter box to the engine. Where it connects is the throttle body. Do you have drive by wire or cable? f you have cable the sensor is across from where the cables connect. If you have drive by wire, You have to replace the entire throttle body. It is a computer in it self.

Mass air flow sensor voltage high
Hot-Wire-Type MAF Sensors
- To check the MAF sensor's voltage signal and frequency, connect a voltmeter across the MAF voltage signal wire and ground wire.
- Start the engine and observe the voltmeter reading.
- On some MAF sensors, this reading should be 2.5 volts.

After heating up the engine, when you shut it off i wont start anymore, what is the defect?
Sometimes plugged cats can severely overheat expanding the catalyst material and blocking normal aspiration. if it starts ok when cool, check cat temps when running with infrared non contact thermometer. bad cats will often display temps in excess of 500 degrees. cats are built into manifolds on the six cylinders, one front one rear. sometimes heat shields prevent a good measurement.

My air conditioner is blowing hot air, where is the port so that I can add refridgerant?
The charging port is located in the larger of the two hoses/lines that come from the AC compressor, the fill port will accept only the right fitting from the charging source hose fitting. Before you add refrigerant you need to locate the leak, the refrigerant doesn't just disappear, it leaks out somewhere.. My guess would be the AC compressor front seal.
