code p 0734 refers to gear 4--incorrect ratio===causes --wiring---TR sensor/ switch---shift solenoids---transmission mechanical fault I would check the operation of the transmission ration sensor/switch first as that is the most likely place that the fault is check engine lights are not solely for the engine but report on transmission problems as well a transmission mechanical fault is the absolute last that you should consider because the transmission will revert to normal operations until it selects gear 4 which indicates sensor or solenoid problem

HI If all fuses are fine,EML warning light in cluster not on, The problem aria in these models were IGNITOIN COIL PACK ,CRANK SENSOR and make sure that ENGINE TIMMING BELT has not broken. BE advised that a diagnostic check will be required .

try the cam sensor too

Most times it is the motor/pump. Some times the wire is broke.

You either have a suspension problem like a ball joint, or you may have a worn CV joint in either the left or right drive shaft. Does the noise seem dominant on one side or the other? If so, that is where you want to look. Check the rubber boots on both ends of the drive axles to see if there is any leaking or cracks.

Check to verify that the fluid level in your clutch cylinder is correct. With hydraulic clutches, there really is no "adjustment," but if the fluid level is low, the clutch plates won't move far enouth.

Can you fold down the rear seats and access the trunk from there? Use a flashlight to inspect the inside of the latch.

If the seat height cannot be adjusted high enough for you you will need to purchase a suitable cushion to place on top of the seat to give you the extra height. If you wish buy a 2 inch thick piece of foam cushioning and have it cut to the shape you want and get it upholstered in a suitable fabric. This will be 100 times less expensive than messing with the seats and then having to have an automotive engineer certify the modification for safety reasons..

This could be tires, wheel bearings, cv joints, or engine related like harmonic balancer or engine and transmission mounts. Start with the tires and have them inspected and balanced and work from there.
