97 hyundai tiburon dash lights
Start with the engine. Open the bay and look in the direction of the firewall. There has to be a connection going to your dash there somewhere. Try pushing and pulling, maybe you will pinch the right cable. If that did not work, try taking a multimeter and looking for broken connections.
Only running on two cylinders?
Most electrical problems are either a short , loose connection, or software issue.
Check to see if your vehicle has a CPU test point. If so take it to Autozone and they will test the codes for free.
If the CPU (computer) is good then you probably have an open circuit somewhere. Check for loose connectors or broken wires.
A short usually blows the fuses and then none of it works.
A good volt/ohm meter is handy for tracing circuits.
Trunk Slams Shut
I am speculating but it seems unlikely the garage replaced the gas struts and if your trunk lid was ok before the accident, then it seems possible it came out of the bodyshop with worse gas lift struts than it went in with.
If insurance paid for the repair it would be good to write your problem and suspicions and share them with the insurance company.
If 03 Tiburon over heets will it have trouble cranking
Depends on why it overheated. If it's dangerously low on coolant, your car may have a sensor that will shut the car off. It's a safety feature to keep you from damaging your engine. l'm sure it also has one for low oil pressure. If it overheated recently, it may not crank. If you have a temperature sensor, it may not be cooled off enough to start it safely. Make absolutely certain you've got enough coolant and the right mixture in your radiator/cooling system, and make sure the oil level is full. Low oil can also cause your engine to run hot.
LEFT TURN SIGNAL QUIT WORKING
Does it still "click" in rhythm like normal but just no lights flash, or is it completely dead? I'd check fuses first thing. If the fuse is good, you've got a wiring issue. If it's bad, of course replace it. It seems odd that both turn signals wouldn't be powered by the same fuse, however.
