Possible vacuum leak
In order to troubleshoot this, you must start with a clean engine wipe down.
The major offender parts are
air intake gasket on the manifold
air tube after the mass air flow sensor
rubber seal under idle air control IAC motor
===
Warm up the engine for 15-20 minutes (LEAVE THE engine at idle) then
spray a little Barmen carburetor clear on the potential air leak
location (ONE AT A TIME) and listen for a surge in rpm.
If the engine speed go higher that's mean the carburetor cleaner
(ADDITIONAL FUEL) got into your engine and that's the gasket you need
to change.
There may be multiple leaky spots so take your time and check all
rubber gaskets, sensor and hose that are lead into the intake manifold.
When you finish fill up with one tank of Chervon to clean out the injectors.
Try to get a toque wrench and tighten ever bolt on the valve cover back
to specification. If you can not get hold of one then just give
each bolt a gentle 1/6 turn.
Please post more information after your inspection.

Atos ignition problems and screeching
If you hear a click under the hood from the starter the starter solenoid but starter is defective and you should rebuild it. If that is not the case I would replace the ignition starter switch, this is the electrical switch the key cylinder actuates to turn on the electrical system and engage the starter.

dear friend-it is very difficult to explain myself in a text. I would say ignore the fault codes at hand for a while untill we have a definate fault. I would like you to make sure that the battery is fully charged, when you carry out the next exercise. I want you to try and start it with quick start, but please do not crank to long, gentle squirts will do it. If no joy, then we must go live chat- I am sure it will work, but please come back to me

Well, you should take it to another mechanic and get a second opinion of what is going on. most times you can sue a garage that wants you to pay for something that did not fix your problem. they are in business to make money not give out free stuff. but then again they are in business to fix your vehicle also. Find out if what they did fixed the problem and do not mention to the other shop that you are getting a second opinion until they tell you what is wrong.

do you hear a clicking sound at the starter.if so then the starter needs to be replaced.if not you need to check for voltage at the starter wires the small terminal as that is the wire that comes from the ignition switch,if you have power here then the starter solenoid is bad but you should change the starter anyways.
