open trunck , look behind rear panel look for plastic nut ,loosen and pull on tail light .

the first thing to come to mind is water in the gas. Doesn't take much and I've seen this problem on many vehicles. Naturally, you can spend X amount of time troubleshooting the ignition, fuel, etc but when you shrug your shoulders in confusion, slip in a bottle of gas additive. So far, I have only used one and stick with it [stp gas additive in the red, plastic bottle]. No, I don't endorse them... just used it repeatedly and it is the only one I know that I can trust.

Otherwise, you are looking at quite a few items that may be at fault. I gave my S4 up many years ago. I loved the snot out of it but the maintenance costs were irritating.

There are two relays in the fuse panel under the front of the passenger footwell mat...board...also there are fuses for the headlamp motors there as well....there should also be a key indicating which fuse is which. And which relay is responsible for headlamp motor operation...I think it is the large on all the way to the right....wiggle while you have the headlamps turned to ON position...see if they pop up.....let me know how it goes...The headlamp relay is problematic on that model.

Have you checked all the wiring around the clutch lever, sounds like it shorting a wire out or making a connection somewhere.

Find the Porsche dealer service centre / parts department as they will have replacement keys and probably a key cutting and programming machine.

It definitely sounds like the motor. You need to disasemble the seat to get to the mounting bolts to remove the seat and get to the motor. Might be easier to just fix the handle and move the seat manually.

could be low on transmission fluid.

its located under the fuel tank cover right rear

First i would make sure it is what is leaking.If that is your case it would be propably bether to remove the trany to do this job.Just make sure that is the problem

Are the lights on the dash on or not?
if yes check your grounds what you can find.Mainly at the battery.It could also be the electrical part of your ignition switch,
