Will disabeling self leveler on navigator harm vehicle
Yes, if it is driven or sitting for extended periods of time. The Air-ride system replaces the springs and provides cushioning and clearance between parts.
The off/on switch is meant to provide safety when jacking or lifting the vehicle. Not to be turned off for other reasons except Emergencies and not to be driven with system Off.

have a load test done on the battery as it is an indication of dead cell

Check your Suspension relay under you front bumper on the passenger side most of the time it get loose or just corroded from the weather (snow , Water)... clean it up and put dielectric grease in it
Front a/c sometimes stops
check blower switch blower motor and blower also check the resister for blower motor if it does it wile at a stop reach over and tap on blower motor and see if it comes back on if it does most likely it blower motor
