Where to replace the fuel pump relay on a 2003 Lincoln navigator
First check fuse to the fuel pump. The relay may not be a plug-in unit and if truly bad you might need to take it to a dealer. There are several fuse panels - one is in engine compartment and the other is in the passenger side kick panel. I believe the one in the kick panel has the fuel pump fuse. Fuse 1.34 is the fuse for the relay.
Why won't my intiritor and side steps lights shut off when you shut SUV off
Make certain your interior light switch inside is not in on position. This is on the dashboard usually on the left side. Next check your cargo area light on the roof, make certain it is not in the override light control position. It will have a switch or my be click type, just push light cover up if no switch is present, if it clicks than shut rear hatch and see if it goes off. You may have to wait a few seconds if the vehicle is equipped with delay light system. I would suggest you to look at owners manual for names of all the switches and their locations. Misfire cilinder 6
I would go with the obvious first... #6 c.o.p. (coil over plug),while your there change the plug :) the c.o.p. have a really bad track record. Then go after the lean situation.
I changed te battery in my 2003 navigator and the compressor on suspension quit working. Could it be the codes
Could be the codes, but most likely it may need to be re set because the battery was disconnected. Here is a great solution for if you ever have to remove your battery. Go to radio shack or any other place that sells a cigarette adapter, you just need the cigarette adapter and a couple of inches of wire sticking out. Strip the red and black wires and buy a 9 volt battery adapter. connect the two together red to red and black to black. plug it into your cigarette lighter socket and then anytime you have to remove the battery from you vehicle you will never lose any memory from the vehicles memory.
NOT FIRING ON ALL CYLINDERS
By now a Check light should have appeared. If you can make it to an Autozone, Advance, or Oreilys for a free scan it will help.
Read up on articles about "Cam Phasers". The DOHC engines had them.
A compression test could cause more problems as the sparkplugs have issues too. Read articles about removing sparkplugs from Ford engines with extended reach plugs.
About the only external part you could try to change would be the crankshaft sensor. It would cause the symptoms you describe.
