Where is the fuel filter

Hello. The fuel filter is under the car. It should be closeby the gas tank and closeby where the intake neck is when you pour the gasoline. Good Luck.

When i brake my car starts shaking

You have warped Brake disk rotors. If they aren't warped too bad a brake shop can resurface them for you. If they're too far out the'll have to be replaced.

Did you check or replace the flasher? It is usually larger square or round. You can look up your specific vehicle on any auto parts store site. Most will show you where it is located as well. Your manual should have a section for that in troubleshooting as well.

Kia Rio 2005 manual, the gear will get stuck and car shakes and stalls on its own when I come to a stop, foot on clutch and brake, in reverse and first gear.

what would happen if you put it in first gear, put your foot on the clutch then try to start the car....of course pick a place where safe!!!...if it rolls forward while cranking ,the clutch plate is touching the flywheel (in other words the clutch all the way down while in gear while cranking, should NOT touch the flywheel(transmission part that makes the car move) so if it moves then it shows the transmission reacts to the clutch touching the other jiggamathig. Possibly clutch system needs bleeding (air in the hydraulic system). I'm sure your car has this thing called a "clutch slave cylinder". Now,this is one thing I would check first.

2005 kia rio brake light

I did it!!! To change the left brakelight, you open the hatch and remove the two screws on the right side of the light assembly. Then remove the cubby hole inside the left side of the hatch. Inside you will see 3 hex nuts. You only have to remove the one in the center (closest to you) not the ones down and inside. Once you remove that nut, pull the light assembly off (from the outside). There is a plug that will be holding it on. I carefully **** a straight screwdriver in the narrow side just to get it to move out a little, then you grab the whole thing and pull it out, you may have to wiggle it some. It seems like it will break, but it won't. It's just a metal thing sticking into a plug. The whole assembly will pull out (not too hard so you don't break any wires or connectors) then you follow the instructions to replace the bulb. Once the bulb is replaced, you simply line up the metal thing as you push the assembly back on. You might have to smack (open bare handed please) to get it back in. Replace all screws and stuff and that's it!

Will not go into gears even if pressing down on

Check the fluid reservoir. If it's low on fluid, fill the reservoir and pump the clutch pedal until you feel resistance from the clutch. If the reservoir is full, and the clutch isn't disengaging, you likely have a bad release bearing or broken linkage. If it is a bearing problem you're most likely into a clutch replacement.
