if it is the old type dash they suffer dry/bad solder joints on the printed circuit, if the later dash sounds like a bad ground on the lower a post i think rh or transmission tunnel rh

Check battery and connection,plugs,coils,wires,fuel filter.

earlier model than mine but the chassis number is under the bonnet drivers sideRHD version on top of the inner wing by the shock absorber top fitting .But some models have them in the boot if i remember rightly or is that the later models sorry about that but you do tend to get confused with old age

do you mean the dim dip function? it has a module behind both headlamps that controls that function and they are prone to going faulty not needed any more dim dip is not a legal requirement

Seat bases are normall welded to the floor pan. If you are capable you may be able to weld/ bolt supports for the seat tracks to the seat bases. REmember if you move the seat back take into consideration where the seat belt will be in relation to you neck as it could be deadly if not over your shoulder.

Have to remove the seatModify the mounting, fabricate & TIG Weld things the way you want it to be

On the steering rack is a sensor that increases the idle when power steering is turned ?? maybe?? but without a play i couldnt tell you .Sorry but a lot of these questions are difficult enough for a general bodge cowboy like myself who works on anythng from a lawn mower to a catapilar bulldozer,and to know exactly from a description is like asking which if any god is real.

The key pad will not work but the phyiscal key should work in the key hole above the plate area.

oxygen sensors may need renewal-getta data stream run to pinpoint the problems--dont go to a dealer--partsplace or a specialist only

change or check the propotionate valve
