Does scanning for codes come up with any? This could be your spark plug coils going bad on a few cylinders or a vacuum leak. I prefer the coils as that is easier to diagnose and fix.

Be More specific...If you are getting a fault code, try disconnecting the negative battery cable for 15 minutes then reinstall the cable.....If it does not clear, it will need to be cleared manually with a Snap-On 3000 or better OBDII CRT......
