I think it might be a fuel delivery problem.I would check the fuel pressure and make sure its within the specs for that engine.Its sounds like it could be a weak fuel pump.When ever the engine does'nt get enough fuel to mix with the air then it causes a lean condition which will make it misfire.If it was an ignition problem it would misfire whether it was cold or hot.

Sounds like a fan relay is stuck. Check out pictures of this part on sites for Autoparts. Yours may be next to Radiator fan. Now if fan eventually stops, some are made to cool engine compartment once car is parked as heat builds up for a period of time once the engine has stopped.

You have a defective power window motor and regulator assembly. The regulator is pop riveted in so you must drive out the rivet center and then using a special rivet cutter bit cut the head off the rivets. You can use machine screws to put the new regulator in as long as they are short and don't interfere with the operation of the new regulator. I do not show the rear window regulator as being available in the aftermarket, you may have to buy it from Ford.

Check the serpentine accessory belt , replace with new one .

All you really need to be concerned with is when you back off the tensioner pulley, use extra caution not to let it slip while you're removing the belt from a top pulley. This can hurt very much, I know from experience. If your belt is tensioned by the alternator then you've nothing to worry about. Thank you. P.S.
