It is located to the left back side of the motor

Have you checked the fan relay for power, and will the fan run if you ground the relay ?

oil pressure too low,check oil level,tune up,fuel filter,air filter.

check the ignition switch and if this be the case it is cheaper to find a salvage yard and have the column same as yours and change the whole thing just take the steering column to a lock smith along with the key and they will rekey it to the new column

All four brakes must be bled to eliminate the trapped air...probably not anything else...try lubricating the bleeder fitting with PB Blaster before trying to open...be cautious as this valve can break off, and that means rebuild the caliper drill out broken fitting...or replace caliper...either way all 4 brakes must be bled...start with the rear farthest away from the master cylinder then other rear...then right front, then last is left front...Hope this helps.

yep the steering column has a actuator rod with gear that ignition switch moves more likely the ignition switch keylock cylinder broken.

check voltage regulator, it may b faulty, also sheck all wiring

If I read your statement correctly, you are saying you are loosing fuel pressure after 4 hours.Could be a problem with the check valve in the pump or one of the injectors is leaking into a cylinder.

MAYBE AS SIMPLE AS REPLACING A CHECK VALVE TAKE IT TO AUTOZONE/ADVANCEDAUTO PARTS LET THEM DIAGNOSE FOR FREE

it is the sensor in the fluid tank, and is a bear to get to-remove the top panel above the headlights to gain access to the tank, it is bolted to the radiator frame-you can try removing and cleaning the sensor (bottom of the tank) but in pretty much all cases I have seen this, you need to get a replacement sensor or you can bypass it by bridging the harness pins.

the fan always blows from the front of the vehicle to the back to push (or ****) air through the radiator

It seems to me that Ford put all the OBD I connectors in the engine compartment. near one of the shock mounts was a popular spot.
