The "Check Engine" light indicates the the car's onboard diagnostic (OBD) computer has detected a fault or failure in one or more of the components in the system. These are usually emissions related and do not affect the drive-ability of the car - at least initially. Here's a link to a picture of the slave cylinder,just disconnect hose from cylinder and have a container and rag to catch fluid,then remove both bolts,real easy,after you install new one fill with dot 3 brake fluid. Make sure the dip stick is seated properly and do not remove it whilst the engine is running.

Junk yard is your cheapest bet. Otherwise call a dealer.

tail lights not working did the right thing in checking the obvious so what you need to do is find your brake light switch which is on the brake pedal [top] take the the connector off get a spilt pin or something that will by-pass the switch connect together if these brake lights only work with ignition on don,t forget to switch it on your brake lights should come on if so replace the switch

Brake sign can come up if one or more stop bulbs are blown out. The battery sign is difficult to diagnose with this amount of information.

it is common for the oil pump to go bad after changing the timing belt.

the pump is located in the oil pan, and nothing drives it, it works as a sucking action....

Did you replace the master and slave cylinders also? Could be a bad pressure plate. Rarely do they fail, But I have seen it.

NEEDS A VERY HARD TUG, AT LEAST WIRE HAS NOT SNAPPED OFF

if it is a misfire, then that means it is probably the plug or the wire, change those first, if not then yes check the injector.

If it's the only light not working, it's probably a bad bulb. Change the bulb and your good to go. GOOD LUCK FRIEND.

There is a chance something happened to the wiring harness going to the gas tank. The fuel pump and the circuit for the gauge is in the same harness.
