Speedometer doesn't have any response the odometer permanently reads 99,259. Check engine light on.

There is a speed sensor for the manual transmission and a different one for the automatic. It has a plastic gear on one end and a wiring plug on the other. The Borg Warner part number for the manual version is SN 7337.

How many after market crank sensor are there for a 2004 kia rio

Yes, that would be an aftermarket unit. Don't put it on! Take it back and get your money back, and go to dealer-get an oem (original equipment manufacture) sensor. May cost more, but too many horror stories abound with putting sensitive after market sensors on cars. Too often, they just don't work as well as original manufacturer parts. Some things are fine as aftermarket, but I wouldn't recommend electronic parts that communicate with the engine computer.

With no warning the car just stopped running. It was running fine then I hit the dip between the pavement and dirt drive and it just shut completely off.

Yes there is a serpentine belt that runs the alternator and accessories. That must be on the engine.Unless you damaged the crankshaft or the oil pan I doubt hitting a bump or dip would do anything to the timing belt. It is behind the cover behind the pulleys. But anything is possible. You could have knocked a wiring harness connector or other component loose.

Hey im exchanging the clutch

Yes, this would help you greatly. As it kind of goed around the steering joint. There are 2, 12mm bolts loosen them up and be sure the wheels are pointed forward before undoing them as this will misalign ypur steering. Then you should be able to slide the rag joint up or down to diconmect the steering and get the pedal assembly past it to fnish the installment.
