Have you checked the fuel pump relay to see if it is sending power to the pump ? The computer grounds the relay when the computer "sees" oil pressure or engine RPM.

disconnect one line then turn key without starting car if gas shoots out that is your out line to carb or injectors.

Strangely that code means your 'check engine light' or circuit driving that light is faulty.

An "O" ring can be purchased at your local auto parts along with your oil filter. Your oil filter screws on top of your oil cooler. Mine leaked as well. A new "O" ring and filter screwed on tightly solved my problem.

hello per my dealing with the problem your having I suggest you take it into your Kia dealer have a Dealer Diagnosis run,, the electronics can be very tricky.. no local auto parts can solve that ..its a very expensive part to have to replace, if it ruins the turbo.. this is my best advice although I had to replace one once.. I found a real reputable turbo rebuilder and exchanged mine at half of the price a dealership will charge.. and you can utilize the repair at a local garage if yours becomes necessary to replace in the future.. as for the speed sensor it has to be top quality parts not aftermarket I have seen money wasted on those .just my dealings with kia tubro's or Toyota's also ,Best of Luck.. HAVE SOMEONE WHO HAS A SCANNNER WITH LIVE DATA STEAM CK THE READINGS THEY SHOULD CHANGE RAPIDLY FROM LEAN TO RICH THIS IS A EMMISSIONS RELATED PROMLEM AND CONTINUDED DRIVING COULD CAUSE CATALIC CONVERTER DAMAGE. Hi Anonymous, I want to help you with your problem, but I need more information from you. Can you please add details in the comment box? Is everything else on the vehicle working okay? If so, the first thing to investigate would be the fuse for the headlamps. A simple volt/ohm meter would be very useful at this point, but often a visual inspection can detect a blown fuse without one.
