P1111 Code
The P1111 unlike the P1000- the P1111 means the ECM has completed a drive cycle with no faults stored. The P1000 means the ECM has not yet completed the drive cycle. They are basicly drive cycle readiness codes doing a system check...this is a natural code..not to worry its checking the car all over between drive cycles for any malfunctions.. sorry i missed u online but the code is nothing to worry about...

the codes are fuel and air mixture codes...being rich or lean...seems like u have a vacuum leak somewhere........if you have the 3.0 usually its the upper breather hose...just remove the oil filler cap, then take a phillips crew driver, and remove to two spring loaded cover screws, then you will see a hose running across the top of the engine about 14 inches long feeding into the valve cover...this hose usually cracks on the belly side...but inspect it and see if its the culprit...let me know...thanks
I have codes that have showed up and can't be read

Hi guys,I have a 2.0 diesel X type and when the AC is switched on and the centre of the pulley on the compressor goes around it sounds like there is a very noisy rattle from the engine. It is OK when AC is not on. any ideas, and can this be fixed without replacing the compressor.
What is "drive time control"
Follow these steps exactly and you should have no problems, pairing old or replacement Keyfobs for your car. 1.)I would recommended that you ensure all key fobs are fitted with new batteries. ( Click here
to see battery replacement guide). 2.)Get in the car and close the drivers side door. 3.)Put the key into the ignition and turn to position I. 4.)Wait 5 seconds 5.)Turn the key quickly to position II then back to I four times. 6.)You should hear a single chime. 7.)Remove the Key 8.)For each Keyfob in rapid succesion. Press any single button on the keyfob you wish to pair, you should hear a chime as each Keyfob is paired with the security system. After the chime do the next Keyfob. 9.)Check operation of each Keyfob. All this info and more can be found at

2004 Jaguar X-Type
my friend you have a upper intake hose leak which is causing these codes...go under the hood..remove the oil filler cap.then take a phillips head screw driver and take off the engine cover..then you will see a hose about 14 inches long running across the top of the engine connecting to the valve covers and the upper intake plenum...it pulls right off and they usually crack under the belly side...this hose is about 12 to 15 bucks, just take it up until you get a new one. ..the car is running lean, meaning too much air getting into the engine whcih will cause it to sputter and skip and cause the oxygen sensors to overheat...so yes you can fix it yourself.....let me know if it works...but you should hear a hissing sound from the engine from the air vacuum leak...keep me posted...secure the leak, and clear the codes and u will be fine...
My jaguar x type CD player eject button not
make sure the fiber optic is not broken.... you will need to hold the eject and am button at the same time then eject and mix button and allow it to cycle through the system...see what comes up and if the fiber optic re establishes itself, keep me posted
