Turn signals and hazard not working on Hyundai

Make sure the 3 prongs (2 silver & 1 gold) line up to connect properly when you put it back in. I had to pullout the gold outside of where the bulb sits and slightly pull out the 3 in the actual lens to get a good connection. ***This is what makes the turn signal wireless... They have to be aligned and have contact****

How to tell whats wrong with my catalytic converter

If the test says it the issue.. you have no choice but to replace it.. (you could cut it apart and clean it out, then reweld it)..BUT if the inspectors see it,, you are IN BIG TROUBLE!!

Low Idle, also shaky engine after fill up

you have to mention the make and model that is being tested there are codes but if it is a GM product many scan tools will not read the faults because it requires a scan tool with a special protocol for GM if it is a nissan , the ECM has a small screw that has to be turned to get the codes to read The car is playing so rest assured there are fault codes but who ever is doing the reading is using the wrong scanner or is not familiar with your make of car requirements

Low idle, also engine runs alittle ruff after fill-up.

Sounds like the fuel pump is starting to go, the problem after fill up is most always related to a failing pump. The other issue may be a dirty throttle valve.

RPM are constantly reving up and down

This issue is often caused by the PCV circuit. Check the PCV valve and port for clogging or torn/leaking hoses.

Input and Output Speed sensors changed but car is still not running.

You don't say if you had it checked for DTC's - diagnostic trouble codes ? Have a scan tool that views sensor data hooked up . See what the PCM/ECM or TCM is see for input data . Your best bet mite be to take to a qualified repair shop that has the diagnostic equipment an knowledge to find the problem . Rather then guessing an just replacing parts .

2002 Hyundai Elantra that says my on board computer is not ready to be tested. Emission results are: readiness- fail, monitor comprehensive- not ready, monitor EVAP not ready, monitor O2 not ready.

Did you recently clear the trouble codes or disconnect the battery? Once all codes are cleared, the computer will not display systems 'ready' until they go through an evaluation cycle. Some of the systems require a certain number of drive cycles before they will display 'ready'. A drive cycle is usually starting the engine from a cold start (based on coolant temperature) and driving until certain conditions are met. I don't know what the requirements are for your car, but my 2003 pickup truck requires more than 10 drive cycles before it will make the O2 sensors and evaporative emissions 'ready'. Most states only require that a certain number of systems are showing 'ready' to pass emissions certification.

I have two codes come up when checking why my check engine light is on. P0447 and P0420. Any info on what these mean and what it takes to fix so I can pass my smog test??

press the helpful button Definition of P0420 is catalyst below threshold. This is indicative of (among other things) a converter that is not working as efficiently as it should be (according to specs). Catalytic converters are not normally a "wear" type item, that is they are not deisgned to wear out and need replacement. If they have failed, it is likely due to something else that caused it to fail. P0447 Evaporative Emission Control System Vent Valve/Solenoid Circuit Open. The Powertrain Control Module (PCM) has detected an open within the circuit that controls the vent valve or solenoid for evaporative emission systems vapor.
