when you saw the spark it blew a fuse there is a fuse box under the hood and one under the dash

The starter is on the backside of the engine between the firewall and engine. If you get underneath it look up from the passenger side of the support that goes front to back and you should see it there. There are 2 bolts if i remember right one threads into the starter itself and the other has a nut behind the solenoid if I rmember right

Could be the blower motor, fuse, relay, or resistor.

How long has it been since your tires were balanced? Also what type of vibration are you feeling? Are you feeling it in the steering wheel or in the pedals?

You can try disconnecting the battery for a minute then driving about 15-20 miles on the highway while trying to stay at about 55. This will often rebalance the sensors in the emissions system. do you mean your low fuel light? if so its either a ground,burnt bulb ,or the fuel gauge is out of calibration
