The likely culprit for this is going to be the clockspring. From what I understand, it is a long and tedious job but it can be DIY if you know what you are doing. I can probably find the procedure for it if you would like

P1565 has to do with the cruise control system. If your engine is "missin," it would not cause it to throw this code. This code is more than likely caused by your clockspring going bad

V6 or V8?

For the 3.9 V8,

Check to make sure you are getting full battery voltage at the starter while cranking.

fuse, relay, or bad fan. Check in that order.

first check brake fluid level then you will have to test the wheel speed sensors that the codes refer to. when there is a sensor problem it will activate both the abs and traction control lights. the red brake light comes on when there is low fluid condition(leak),worn brakes that need servicing. also if there is a abs module problem it can set codes. you need to know what the codes mean this is a starting place to diagnoise.

Had the same problem with my 2002 Lincoln LS, it was a bad wheel speed sensor. The right front wheel bearing had some play in it, so I had the hub assembly replaced. The hub assembly comes with a new wheel speed sensor attached. After I replaced the hub assmbly with sensor, the ABS and Traction Control lights went off. No problem since!

You still have bad ignition coils

There are two pumps. One is a transfer pump.
The pumps are in the plastic fuel tank under the car,under the rear seat area.
Have to remove drive shaft,then tank, to get to the pumps.

If one of the engine components is acting up, you should get a check engine light and have codes for the components. If the light is not coming on, it could be a suspension or mechanical problem. Low fuel pressure could also do it.

it might be misfiring problem,scan test & start from there.
