Plugs are most likely the problem

Does the third ( high mount ) brake light work ?

Check your fuses, most modern cars have 2 fuse boxes, one inside the cabin usually near leg height , other one should be under the hood, just check the fuses to the according circuit printed usually on the inside of the fuse box cover, if its blown there might be a problem with your circuit so simply replacing the fuse might not be a fix.

call around to different auto wrecking yards until you find what your looking for.

It is located on the passengers side kick panel by the glove box.It looks like a small box with a button or some have a swing arm on it.

WD-40 will remove water and dry out things after sitting for a while I would say over night. In the day distributor caps would have moisture and WD-40 would help get it started. I would just let the car sit a day or 2 to dry out.

No where in the DTC - description does it say anything about replacing any modules . An does not have anything to do with a communication problem ! You need a professional grade scan tool to communicate with the PATS system ! An if you don't know these thing's you better take it to pro !!!!!!! P1260 - Theft Detected - Vehicle Immobilized Indicates that the passive anti-theft system (PATS) has determined a theft condition existed and the engine is disabled. This DTC is a good indicator to check the PATS for DTCs.

Theft indicator flashing rapidly or on solid when ignition switch is in the ON position. Check anti-theft system for DTCs. Typical vehicle symptoms are: Start/Stall or Crank/No Start. NOTE: No crank symptom only on vehicles equipped with PATS starter disable feature

You might have pulled a wire lose to the ignition switch by bumping it while removing the cluster.check frolock the fuse block to switch ,see if you can get diagram of it.

In the trunk behind the back seat there should be a control box mounted to floor.There should be a decal or sticker with factory code on it.

try some wd40 on cable if u can--or bring it to napa etc buy somethin u want to add to motor and they will help u open it

Do not run engine further. The indicator light shows oil pressure but not oil level. You could be out of oil. Check your oil level immediately--with the engine off, open hood, remove dipstick, wipe it clean. Insert it and extract it again. The oil level.should be between the Fill and Add lines. If it is lower than that, add oil, a quart at a time, until it reaches the proper level. If the oil level is okay, then the engine needs to be repaired. You could have a broken oil pump, clogged intake screen, or some other internal engine failure. Do not drive the car to a shop. Have it towed.

have the light control module checked out as it may be developing faults.

There is no relay for the heater fan. It has a blower motor speed controller located at the right rear of the engine compartment .It has a five wire connector plugged into it. # 4 wire is Orange with a red stripe ,this is a power supply from fuse # 2 in central junction box through the blower motor.

The vent under the hood on passenger side , more than likley the seal is leaking letting the water go inside. I have had to fix my mother's 1999 and my 2001 lincoln. It is not very hard to fix. You will have to remove the screws on the passenger panel under the hood to get to the vent. Pry the vent loose and re seal. You can take the hose and spray water on the W/S when it is dry to make sure it is coming in at that location.

Did they change the battery? A bad alternator usually ruines the battery.

you must be more specific when you turn the key does the engine crank and try to turn over or is there no power at all(this means you turn the key and there is nothing no dash lights nothing)or is there lights but no cranking you see you need to supply more info to help me help you or anybody else

Clean your battery terminals properly-You can also use a jumper;remote starting switch tool to jumper all circuits to diagnose starter(could be dead starter)-Could possibly be neutral safety switch and many other wonderful gremlins,however,these are the main culprits that I can readily think of.....
