you do not put air in a air bag it contains a cylinder that inflates the bag like a co2 cartridge very dangerous when working on one disconect power when doing so fix replace or mount then re connect power.

sounds like you have answered your own question here ,its the switch contacts inside the switch are worn and arched across so it doesnt work properly

there should be a button in the message center for this in the unit on the center of the dash.

It is a faulty sensor. It is the black cyclinder with a boot on it that attaches to the back side of the lower control arm (look next to the brakes) Replace that and you will be golden. It might have water or a "dead" spot in the sensing coil

my first guess at that would be you have a air bubble it the master cylinder. have you left something out like a repair you just performed or something ?

sound like air anyhow or a bad master cylinder.

what to try is this fill up the brake reservoir and open both rear bleeders

walk away for a few hours or put a pan to catch fluid and go to bed

this should start a gravity bleed on the brakes brake, fluid level should be lower in the morning if not empty lol.

have someone pump the brakes hold the pedal down on the last pump and while they hold the pedal down crack the bleeder, ( he must keep pedal on the floor till you tighten the bleeder back up

then he can let up on the pedal and y'all do this again and again till while he hold the pedal down and you open the bleeder, you have no momre air coming out. good luck

In 1992 the sending unit should be fairly easy to find it should on the intake manifold near the thermostat housing. If you disconnect the wire going to the sender, it should be just one wire and it just pushes on the sender. Once you have it disconnected take a small jumper wire and connect the temperature gauge wire to ground (or the negative terminal of the battery). Now turn the key on, the gauge should go all the way to hot, if so the sender is bad. If the gauge doesn't move you have dash problems. Good Luck!

The manual says all u have to do is cycle the driver door lock cylinder with the key, lock and then unlock.
