How to change spark plugs on a kia spectra
remove plastic cowling on top of engine (4 small bolts ) plugs will be under it on front. Remove wires one at a time and replace plugs. Be sure and get wires back in same order. Best to unplug one wire and replace that plug and so on until all 4 are done. Get plugs finger tight then 1/4 turn to tighten. Replace plastic cowling and you are done

there is a plastic cover like a antitheft you might have to break it off in order to pry the latch but is the cable broken you can grab the end with visegrips and pull the cable with someone tapping on the hood to release it but most likely the spring is broken in the latch under the hood so try these little ideas and good luck
How can you tell if your motor if siezed
- well if it is ,and the car is a stander shift put it in 3rd gear and push it and while the car is moving let the clutch out and see if the motor turns., if it is automatic get a socket that fits the bolt on the front balancer with a long braker bar and see if you can turn the motor,. if you cant turn it then it most likely is siezed up , did you run it out of oil/

look at the valve cover and i think it is in the back on the pass side facing to frt seat or at the driver side facing steering wheel it is bolted to the head with a 10 mm bolt
