If car was running ok before and you only changed spark plugs: did you check the new plug gaps before fitting and did the leads get fitted to the correct plugs?

sounds like a misfire, possibly timing or the spark plugs or wires

I too have had this problem and if you tap the blower on your heater below your passenger side dash your blower will come on. I found that the problem with mine is a loose wire in the wiring harness going to the blower. It seems to be a easy fix, find which wire is ground and that will be your coulprete. yeah kia's dealerships **** ! trust me I know!

Two possible fixes. Replace speed sensor. If this does not fix the problem take it to your Kia dealer. There is a common problem in the wiring inside the engine compartment fuse box. They can fix it with labor only. Usually runs about $200.
