There is a actuator motor,when this fails you get this ticking noise and yes it does get worse, these are very comon failure,you can fix it if you can reach it.It looks similar to this

Put in a CD that is fairly new that you have not recorded and see how it plays. If a new CD plays well then it is possible that there is an issue with either the CD itself or the head within the CD may be out of alignment. If all else fails then take it to a reputable audio installation facility or the Infinity dealership in your area. Depending upon how you feel about your Infinity, you could do well with a third party CD player. Are you having any other audio problems?

The switch contains several copper pieces that can break from ware, and lay across making a constent connection

check the pads , depending on the miles on your vehicle, they may have excessive wear and may need replacement, most shops will do a free brake inspection for you , but go to someone you trust

Take it to the dealer, you have a 4 year or 60K mile bumper to bumper warranty. Unless you have over 60k miles everything they do is going to be at no charge. The slip light is coming on due to a malfunction in the traction control system. If you bought the car new, It is 4 years from the delivery date, or in other words the day you picked up the car. If you didn't buy it new, then you would need to call a dealer with your VIN number in hand and request an in service date. Your warranty would expire 4 years from that date or at 60k miles whichever comes first. 

My husband disconnected and reconnected the car battery and voila' the problem was fixed.  I've had so many software issues with this car - I'll never buy an infiniti again!

could be a main relay acting up or your cruise control module is in need of replacing also check vaccum lines for signs of deteriation or cracking

The fuel pump is located behind the driver seat on the 2nd row under that seat. You have to cut a piece of the carpet out to get to it. Why I have no idea why Nissan built a vehicle where you have to cut the rug out to get to a part that will need to be replaced one day.

Possible problem could be your solenoid switch on the hatch could be going bad or out of adjustment

no cleaning filters is done by replacing them

Was the car starting before you changed the battery..? Check your battery leads particularly the black earth where it attaches to the engine block/bodywork. There's many causes of non-starting, and no one on Fixya would be able to give you a definite answer. Non starting can be caused by electrical sensor failures. The best - and cheapest - option is to ask a mobile mechanic to do a diagnostic check for you and identify the problem. Non starting can also be caused by a faulty fuel pump. Sounds like you need a new temperature control. Buy a used one online for a good deal.

Your PATS key may have to be reprogrammed to the car. PATS(Passive Anti-Theft System). Some key and lock shops may have the scan tool to do it, otherwise a trip to the stealership.
