Could be a vacuum leak...could even be a faulty power brake booster...check the vacuum to the power brake booster...Hope this helps.

When the MIL comes on that means you have a problem with the engine management, you have to scan the engine system in order to know/ fix the problem.

Sounds like still air in the system...re-bleed...be sure to start at rear wheel farthest away, then next rear, then away front, then close to master cylinder...also did you bench bleed the master cylinder?

pull the fuel line off after the fuel pump and let it pump out into a bucket remember not flames or ignition sources when doing this

Yep, check the neutral saftey switch on the transmission & find the starter. When you find the starter,tap on it with a hammer or something while someone trys to start it. If it starts, replace the starter.

to all those posting about tuscon clutch problems.... seems this is a common prob..! my tucson 55 plate cdx (38k miles) is curently in repair . 1. i started having problems finding 2nd gear, this occured for a few weeks. 2. then i lost most of tension in clutch pedal,.
I got a mate to fit a new master cylynder (1hour work), and that seemed to resolve the problem.... but only for several weeks....! eventually i was unable to find most gears on selection.... the dealership fitted a new slave cylynder today (3.5 hours work) but called me to inform me it still has not resolved the problem and they will now replace the complete clutch system (6.8 hours work) sadly my warranty has just expired...!!

Overheating of the computer that controls the "governor" circuit.

You most likely have a bad head gasket allowing compression to leak into the cooling system. The boiling you see is the compression bubbling through the coolant.

check for a fuse in the starter circuit to the starter motor ( broken ,loose wire) from your description the power from the start terminal of the ignition switch is not getting to the starter solenoid to energize ti and so start the motor.

Only the upper plenum portion needs to be removed/lifted for access to the rear plugs. Unbolt/disconnect what is necessary to get it out of the way. Hope this helps
