I have a 2002 Hyundai accent and when I take off

White smoke is usually a sign of a coolant leak into the combustin chamber unless it is just a little bit on a cold day. Check your coolant level when the car is cold and see it you are low on coolant.

2002 hyundai accent codes p1529 and p0734

P1529 means nothing more than the TCM (transmission control module) has requested that the ECM (engine control module) turn on the check engine lamp.
P0734 basically indicates that your transmission is slipping.
You need to take this car to an authorized repair center for hyundai cars. Replacing the filter and fluid on the transmission might save this transmission but I would be willing to bet that a total transmission rebuild is in order.

Good Luck

2002 hyundai rough running

their are so many issues when it comes to rough running. Plugs, fuel, CO, wiring. you will have to go from one end to the other. start with plugs/leads, then fuel line/filter and pump, then start checking sensors, a stuck sensor can make or break you.

Brake lights stay on, 2002 Honda Accord EX 4

The brake lights work regardless of the ignition switch. There is normally a switch mounted under the dashboard, that presses against the brake pedal hangar. Normally, when you press the brake pedal, this switch loses contact with the hangar, and the brake lights come on. If the switch gets broken or out of adjustment, the brake lights can stay on at all times. This will eventually kill the battery. Readjust or replace the brake light switch.

Sometimes starts other times it wont. engine cranks but does not start

Try testing battery to see if it is still good. If so might be a short in writing for ground or starter could be going bad. If not any of these issues please let me know. Good luck. Short to ground could cause your symptoms but a short to ground is easily fixed.

My car wont start lost my key so got an ignition barrel and key out of a different car wat do i need to do? plz if anyone can help plz

Your car is probably fitted with an immobiliser , you need to have the original key in the car when you start it or replace the immobiliser module and key with a programmed chip to match that immobiliser , otherwise go to the dealer with VIN number and they will replace the key (not cheap usually) the trick is the immobiliser chip in the key must match the one in the car , it's a security feature .

What is the specified brand of the fuel filter and fuel pump for my HYUNDAI ACCENT GL 2002?

Sounds like either you need new ignition coils or new spark plugs or new injectors. As for the fuel pump I think it's a walbro or a denso. You can use a Bosch or a Delphi. I'd say pay more for the Delphi that's if you really need it bc a fuel pump doesn't just half work. Any fuel filter like a purolator is fine. Hope that helps

Need code key for vin number kmhcg45c82u371594

Go to a service dealer for your vehicle and they should have a record of the key code for that vin number. The only problem is that you may have to prove ownership of the vehicle first.

2002 Hyundai Accent won't start

Hi I'm Peter, check the fuse box under the hood there is a fuel fuse and a fuel relay then check them. Use a meter to check the fused also check at you are getting voltage to the fuse by using a meter touching each of the post where the fuse plugs in when the key is on you should have power to one of them but not the other with the fuse out. There are several relays that are the same part number as the fuel relay so you can check it by just using one of the relays like for the horn or headlights. If all that checks out look for a port on the fuel rail to put a fuel pressure gauge on and see if the is any fuel pressure. Could be a fuel pump if all the other things I mentioned are in good working order. Let me know what you find . Good Luck

Vacuum hose diagram

To find a small vacuum leak, let the engine idle, spray around the vac and induction area with carb cleaner or WD40 and listen for a change in the engine note/speed. This should narrow the search area. Good Luck
