2012 toyota landcruiser fault code p1251

Being a 2012 I'd hope it's still under warranty. P1251 is throttle body issues. Could be dirty, faulty, bad PCM or a reflash needed

My cold/hot knob on front dash clicks when i turn to hot

Look under the dash above the gas pedal and switch the hot to cold knob back and forth. you will see a cable hooked to a white plastic cam, this cable usually pops off the black plastic housing and causes this. If it is connected there it is in the control knob itself.

Where is the map sensor located on a 2001 hyundai accent gs?

Your engine has likely worn out. You are describing the situation when the piston rings are so heavily worn that gas pressure forces itself into the engine sump, pressurizing the lower oil case, and forcing itself into the evaporation system, which then makes its way to the air filter housing.I advise doing a compression check on the engine at your local garage and repairing or replacing the engine if necessary.
