If you slam your pistons into your valves would all your belts still rotate?

not usually, hitting the valves is often the end of the engine or at least requires a major rebuild.

How do you know if the crankshaft is Top Dead Center when the belt is broken and you are starting from scratch?

If you are starting from scratch as long as the crankshaft pulley notch is at the TDC mark on the engine, then the #1 piston is at TDC.

My camshaft will not turn manually and when I try to turn it it makes a clicking noise. Also, when I look down the spark plug holes, Holes 1 & 4 pistons are up while 2 & 3 are down, what order should

I certainly hope you meant crankshaft and not camshaft. As far as the pistons are concerned on most 4 cylinder engines if 1 & 4 are up then 2 & 3 are down. If you don't have the crank positioned with all four pistons at mid-stroke, then chances are if you rotate the camshaft you will break or bend valves since this engine is an interference engine.

Antifreeze? Hello, not good...Antifreeze is not substitute for fuel - might get it diluted enough if you completely fill tank. Or did you use 'Heat' water removal gas additive? See this post on Yahoo: How do you eliminate water in your gas tank Yahoo Answers

Hi. 1. make sure you have the correct type spark plugs installed. 2. no vacuum leaks - lose air pipes 3. Check the Oxygen sensor "upstream" - remove it and see if it is sooted (black) then replace if needed. hope this helps

When refueling my 2001 accent theres too much air preasure that it indecates thats the gas tank is full but its not how do i fix that so i can pump gas normaly

Some cars have a very restricted neck to the tank which induces pressure blowback turning off the pump. Others have a very small diameter breather vent hose that releases trapped air in the tank/neck. Yours could have either or both. It may be a feature of this car/model that you have to live with but a local shop would be able to check the vent pipe is functioning properly. Its usually visible alongside the neck from underneath. Unfortunately due to smog regulations almost all cars to latest spec have to capture all vented fumes when running and this tends to complicate the free breathing of tanks and necks.

My Hyundai Accent 2001 auto. engine sound is like tik tik tik how to fix it

First check your oil. Hyndais also tic tic tic from the top of the motor but it is the noise of the fuel system. If you let it go dry on oil at one time you may now have bad lifters.

Installed new piston rings and gas is getting inside oil

valve not closing is from a bent valve. Black soot is from over fuelling and incomplete combustion. Oily chamber is oil from the rings. It si possible that more than one valve is bent as it occurs from turning the engine over without letting of the rockers when adjusting the valve timing.
