Do you have a expansion bottle if so when running does water flow into. It usually a small pipe ontop are all pipes getting hot is there oily drops in expansion bottle or radiator? Is there creamy gunk in oil filler cap? Does interior heater get hot? Did you check fuse and also what was the reason for changing fan?

Dificult to know what you mean. You didn't ask a question. Both cam sensors are likely not defective, if their are two. Scan the ECU for codes and you will lliekly learn which on is defective. The sensors will be located close to the assocaite cam gear on each engine bank. You may have to remove a paltcis cover to access the sensor. The sensor will have a two-wire connector receptacle attached and is liekly held in place by a single 10 mm bolt. Easy to change.

I pretty.certain it.to do.with.gear linkages either one of the tie rods has snapped come off their respective ballpoint or there is a large rubber ball like bushes that sit in a cylinder shape hole on the end off the gear selector rod thats either fell off or badly worn the later most likely hope.It help you.would be able also to see if it the later just by jacking car up and looking up centre car back of engine

That 016 is a cam sensor, the other codes are misfire for cylinders 1,3,5.

Do you have power in and out of the neutral safety switch ? Will it crank in neutral ?
