Number 4 cylinder missing or loose spark plug wires. Where are they

First, if you would like help with your Lincoln, it would be really helpful if you were to mention WHICH ENGINE your Lincoln is equipped with. There were 2 different engines available for that year.Second, if you are looking for spark plug wires on your 2005 Lincoln LS, you are in reverse...there are none. Your Lincoln is equipped with Coil-On-Plug (COP) ignition. Each spark plug has an individual coil mounted on top if it. What, exactly are you trying to fix? If you are trying to chase down an OBD-2 code P0304, there are a WHOLE LOT of possible causes for that code. However, on your vehicle, loose/missing/damaged spark plug wires is NOT one of them. Please review the following article:What Else Could Be Wrong?

AFTER REPLACED THE HEATER CORE AND THE VALVE TEMPERATURE CONTROL NOW I CAN'T CHARGE FREON ,HOSE FREEZE AND IS NOT CHARGING

The water system and the Freon system are two different things. You would just use antifreeze in the heater core and control valves for this system. The Freon system should have remained sealed unless it was disconnected to move it out of the way. It is usually recommended to replace the dryer (black oblong tank) whenever you open the Freon system. If the Freon system was opened, you need to borrow a Vacuum Evacuator pump from an Autoparts store and run it to pull out all the air inside the lines and create a Vacuum for the Freon to be added. There are special pliers and "O" rings for the joint unions.Next, for the Freon system, you would need to jump the low pressure connector switch to activate the compressor clutch to draw in the Freon. It is going to take several cans of Freon to recharge an empty system. Not all cans are the same size, and I recommend 1 can having at least some oil charge be added to the fill. Like car sizes, each car has different amounts of room for the A/C equipment lines. The Manufactuer should have a label stuck around the fan shroud to show how many ounces the system will take. More is not better. You will get into partial can situations, but Freon can stay in the dispenser can if you have good equipment to leave attached. You use pressure gauges which can also be borrowed from Autozone, for instance, and used to measure the amount of Freon you have installed. Once you have put in 1 can of Freon, you may be able to reconnect and remove the jumper wire from the low pressure harness. The A/C compressor clutch should continue to cycle and draw in Freon when it does cycle.Overcharging the system will break hoses and may damage seals. There is a high pressure cut-off switch. So you want to charge the system to have pressure between the low and high pressure cut-offs to work at optimum efficiency.I hope my solution helps you.

How do you replace the COP Ignition Coil?

You have to be able to reach the plug, with is often under the Intake manifold. Sometimes the front or rear plugs are accessible from the ends, but the middle plugs are often blocked by the intake. I believe the Ohms from the top to the bottom of the coil should be 10,000 for a good coil, but if a scanner diagnosed a problem it may be a corroded connection which would affect the measurement of the coil.
