If you attempted to use them when frozen it's possible the motor burned out or you blew a fuse. Check the fuse first to see if power is getting the wiper motor. If it is and motor doesn't work you'll need to replace the motor.

If you broke a timing belt while it was running you bent valves and the heads need to be worked on.You probably have a cylinder with no compresion and the computer is sensing it.

easy i know whats wrong its a fiat made vehicle,now look near battery for a fuse boxthen check teh connections on the big fuses ,the fuses may be ok but the connections play at time which is what your car is doing now

an air leak would give bad consumption so would a dirty air filter and lots more besides...use a thin plastic pipe,one end touching your ear the other wandering around,finding the whistle,(stethoscope) to locate air leaks.plug your other ear with cotton wool makes it even easier.
poor fuel consumtion could be many things,so start with the cheapest remedy first.....

Have been able to locate the blower motor assembly? If so smack it with your hand and see if it begins to spin. If it does, replace the blower motor. If you are refering to no "heat" than start by checking your coolant resevoir to see if there is any in it. If it is low, add as necessary and turn your heater to full blast while adding and running. Let me know if there is anything else I can do.

Syncro problem?

The Piston seal on the cylinder may need replacing! Otherwise the valve has an eccessive leak rate. The leak rate is normal due to spool clearances although the cylinder shouldnt go down that soon. You may want to check the lift cylinder. As far as negative effects they are minimal other than danger to surrounding things under the forks.

dead battery i had same last monday its sounds wrong but try it get a new battery or get it slaved

It could also be a cracked line or a chipped seal so yes, everything must be taken out and tested. Better safe than sorry.

Could be your throttle body. Check for any parts that may restrict your throttle body causing it to stick when giving it gas or letting off. Check that there is nothing blocking your throttle cable by tracing it by hand and inspecting around it.

Hi most likely the switch that operates the wipers is broke and not the wipers motor.

Get it tested before replacing it, but most often alfa's have so many electrical problems it's difficult to say.

the airbag lamp continuously on indicates that the air bag has failed a self test .. it may not deploy when needed .. it should be tested by a competent mechanic ... the fuse is about all you can check on your own ..

do you have a electric fan or a fan clutch?

You have to find your fuse panel, usually located by your left leg under the dash, and check the fuses, that is mostlikely your problem, a simple fuse ( I think 20AMP ).

check the wiper fuse.
the wiper motor has 3 or 4 wires on it,one is ground and the others make it operate the different speeds.
putting direct power to the motor will tell you if it is good.
