reset the trans adaptives in the computer,,,it is a learning computer and has developed "bad habits"from the last valve body...its still trying to correct issues it tried to compensate from the last valve body. It takes a scanner that has capabilities to perform this step in the TC side of the PCM

If the blower is working,it indicates your car blower system is ok.If the freon system is contain the correct amount and still clutch is not turning when the A/C switch is in the on position check the supply for the compressure.If there is supply that means the problem with the A/C compressur clutch coil and apply the repair procediure or replace A/C cpmpressure.If there is no supply Check the fuses,wiring system and A/C system pressure switch.

when was the clutch last change ? my saturn is a 1998 with over 300k and never had this happen but I have changed my clutch at 275k

Tensioner, alternator, power steering pump, water pump. All of these can cause this. Using either a mechanics stethoscope or a long screw drive (place you screwdriver near not on the pulley if each decice. Then place you ear to the handle..the screwdriver will transmit any sounds to your ear. Always be careful of clothing, jewelery hair etc so I'd doesn't get caught in the belts or pulleys) locate what is making the noise and replace.

I would go with not bled correctly

The booster should hold up with a hard pedal until

According to the wiring diagram, there is no relay involved.The headlight switch provides the ground for the lights and they get power from a fuse for each side. So the high and low beam on one side is powered by the same fuse and the ground is thru the switch.Could be the switch but chances are a wiring problem.

Could be battery or maybe the connection. Could be alternator,Just a few of what i would look at first...hope this helps and good luck
