Locate the TCM for a Saab 2002 Aero
Hi,
The TCM on the 9-5 Aero is located behind the glove compartment.
Remove the under panel on the passenger side, and look up behind the glove compartment - the TCM is clipped onto the bulkhead.
Please remember to dicobbect the battery BEFORE removing the module.
Total time to replace the module - 10 mins!
Good luck

Left side heater cold, how to fix it?
Sounds like an electrical problem. Your switch is not sending a signal to change the airflow in the vent.
Perhaps it may just be a fuse.... I would start there first.
I have a 2002 Saab
If the 'clicking' sound changes with engine speed you need to check your oil, and pay attention to your temperature guage-it might be a lifter making noise and an oil change would possibly help. If it is a steady clicking noise, it might be a loud fuel injector, possible but not likely.

My headlights keep burning out, both bright and
If both lenses are foggy chances are your bulbs are acting like fuses and when wet/damp blowing, reseal with silicon,or replace lenses.(when lenses get foggy it is also a sign that the chrome has oxidised.)
I have codes 1 on
I am not sure about the codes but that is secondary right now.I can't see what the other person suggested but one thing is certain.Since it has been sitting around for a year and only started periodically, due to ethanol useage now the gas is junk.Big surprise that none of the makers or gas companies tell us that though huh?Guess they have stocks in parts companies. If you call any shop andtell them about your listing, they will say the same thing about the gas.1 question though.Won't start do you mean doesn't turn over or turns over but won't start? If it turns over weak, whir whir click whir whir, nice sound description huh,the battery needs charge or replacement.Between sitting around and trying to start it repeatedly,it could be dead.Let me know about the not start(which one),and we can go from there.Comment here and I will get an autolink and reply ASAP.Good luck,Greg
I installed new battery
You have to have the code to unlock it, obviously. If you have never changed the code, it may be 0000. Otherwise, you will have to take it to a dealer to have it unlocked.
What colour should the coolant
you may have go5 in it now whitch is orange, you need to check it with a hydrometer to see how low temp the coolant can go,if it's discolored or dirty brown you may need to flush it,it's a good idea to flush every 10,000 miles anyway.

It goes and stops after
SOUND LIKE ENGINE GETTING TOO HOT.HAVE ENGINE COOLANT TEMPERATURE CHECK USING HAND HELD INFRA RED THERMOMETER OR SCAN TOOL.IF ENGINE GETTING TOO HOT CHECK COOLANT LEVEL.REPLACE THERMOSTAT AND RADIATOR PRESSURE CAP.MAKE SURE FRONT GRILLE AND RADIATOR CORES AND CONDENSOR CORES NOT STOPPED UP WITH DEBRIS AND LEAVES RESTRICTING AIR FLOW.IF ALL LOOKS GOOD HAVE RADIATOR FLUSHED AND ENGINE BLOCK FLUSHED SO COOLANT WILL CIRCULATE PROPERLY.
