Two different problems. The radio has two fuses. One in the fuse panel and one behind the radio where the plug inserts into it. The miles to empty is a logic chip error. The IP would have to be replaced to fix this.

Locate the shifter lock override slot located on the shifter console near the shifter lever. Normally, the slot is plugged with a small plastic cap.
Remove the plastic cap covering the override slot and insert a key, nail file or similarly shaped object into the slot and push down.
While pushing down, depress the brake pedal, grab the shifter and push in the shifter lock button located on the shifter as you normally do and then move the shifter to the Neutral position. With the brake pedal still depressed, start the engine with the shifter in the Neutral position.

I assume you are referring to the cooling fans for the radiator if so first check fuse and relay, see if the fans come on with the a/c on if not probable cause is the relay if they come on when a/c is on look at your coolant temp switch
you might have a starter gone bad. When you try and crank does the engine spin over or is there just like one solid loud clicking noise? or is the engine spinning over when you try and crank but it just want start up and run?
You will need to use a long tool and some spray lube to get it to pop. Have some one hold up on the interior latch while you try 'slapping down' on the front of the hood with your hands and if that doesn't work, try the spray through the grill area. Use the long tool with a flashlight to try pushing the latch from the grill area. Good luck!
