I believe it is underneath the power steering and coolant reservoirs.

Is it repeatable? Do you notice this when Gears are shifting? What are the RPMs and/or speed when you notice this? is the engine cold when you notice this?

i would have to point towards the throttle there are software updates for these and if that doesnt help your throttle may need replaced

Look for small threaded plugs and remove them and install grease fittings. If that doesn't improve the turn effort you may have a defective power steering pump or a defective steering rack and pinion
