The A.I.R. (secondary air) pump is located at the lower left side front of the car. You need to remove the car's front lower shield to get at it, and the hoses and check valve connected to it.

9 out of 10 times it's the actual motor itself. These things are common to wear out. Best to find another motor on ebay. I've had great luck. Not bad to replace but a little time consuming. I feel this is something you can handle yourself. One suggestion. Before boltling in new motor, ensure it works properly before fully installing. Little tricky, but window alignment is not too bad if you have the patience. Hope this helps.

The battery is located under the back seat. Pull from the back of the seat andlift toward front seats.

If you have a local AutoZone (or OReilly parts) they will check the charge or chargeabillity of your battery.........STEP 1.....no charge, normally at those places. Check to see if you have a warranty still, from where you bought it......THERE ARE MANY STEPS, BUT THAT IS FIRST.....

battery is under rear seat to charge it open the hood right strut tower connect positive to connector under the red cap ground to any good ground usually there is one bolt on strut tower also

the heater tap is not working and is in the closed position . check that the cable has nor broker or come off.

Normally just replace the HO2S sensor using the correct tool for the job so as not to damage the wiring to the unit as it is wired directly to the ECM unit.

I have acess to hundreads of manuals but don't have on hand what you need. I wkill check a few more sources. What is the engine vin #?

Make sure the radiator is topped off because if the radiator is low even a few quarts low it will effect the pumps ability to circulate cpoolant to the heater.

It sounds like the flapper valve behind the dashboard that diverts the incoming air from outside air to AC cooled air is not working. The cable wire may have come loose. It's located under the right side of the dash. If it's like my 1989 - you can access it by removing the glove box... fairly easy to do, just open the glove box and remove the upper and lower phillips head screws, and gently pull the glove box out and unplug the wiring connector on the left side. Also check to see if the solenoid valve is working when you change from off to heat or cool.

I agree charge out neutral safety switch should be located under the wheel column .
